I own 2 of these yarn winders - A purple pro model and a blue pro model and they have given me nothing but headaches. At first use things seemed great but after winding yarn I would notice horrible loud clicks coming from the winders. Nothing was jammed, no knots in the yarn, spinning freely with a very loud click. I immediately contacted the Caydo company (Spoke to the owner Ada) and she was so rude I will never buy another product from their company again. She would not replace either unit despite the fact that I sent a video of each one showing that they are not in working condition and clearly defective. It will only allow me to upload one video for this review. As you can see in the video the blue one is making a horrible clicking noise and wont work even though it has no yarn on it. I went back and forth about 6 times online talking to the owner Ada and she did not care and would not budge on exchanging them for non defective winders. She came up with every excuse she could think of not to stand behind her products and even stated she doesn't care if I leave an honest review sharing my experience with others so that is exactly what I am doing. I am sharing with you and all of my groups in hopes that you will be smart and purchase from another company. Choose a company that actually stands behind their products and appreciates their customers. This company could clearly care less about doing what is right. Once you have an issue you are left in the dark and out the money that you spent which is not at all acceptable.

Don't waste your time....they lie about shipping, I am still waiting. They will give you the excuse that they are really busy and sorry for the delay. It doesn't matter the time of the year, they say this. My mistake for not reading the reviews first. I ordered an item as I needed it for a project deadline. I was to receive it 5 days before the deadline, plenty of time. Now it's ETA is 3 days after the deadline.
Ordered a few items that were clearly posted on the store's website in stock. After a few days, a notification arrives ..." I sincerely hope that everything will be fine but I could also go into the first casino, put my money in and spin the roulette. A very frivolous approach to business. Scam or not? We'll see!
I have ordered the I-cord pro knitting machine yesterday. I didn't receive any confirmation about purchase or tracking number from Caydo. Luckily I paid for the item via PayPal. Today I got my money back even I didn't open a case myself. Maybe Caydo works in US but definitely not in the UK.
I ordered £45 worth of craft storage folders 3 weeks ago. I’ve still not received an email for shipping nor the products I paid for. I’m very disappointed with this brand and not sure I will be using them again. The “track your order” link has expired so I can’t even see where the order is. I’ve emailed them and waiting on a reply!
