The delivery driver was outstanding—definitely deserving of 5 stars! He arrived early, was courteous and friendly, and even helped carry everything upstairs. However, the incorrect item was delivered, which he noticed (I might have missed it!), so I can't rate the overall experience at 5 stars.
STAY AWAY, the materials and coving received were not of acceptable quality and required extensive repairs to fit. When we attempted to return these items, the service team was unhelpful and insisted on charging us for the return. The return shipping costs were nearly equivalent to the original price, resulting in a loss of 400 pounds. Don't take the risk; choose a provider with reliable support and professional standards.
