Its my 2nd week of transplant and the aftercare advisor Anil Deniz is really good. He is always reply on time with satisfactory solutions. I hope this long journey will be easy if he will be on touch.
5 stars from beginning to end! Exceeded expectations on all levels. Always responded quickly to messages. I felt supported when I arrived. All staff were knowledgeable. Our translator even helped us find cash machines, nothing felt rushed (thank you Akatan!).

The team have been great from start to finish. I have waited 20 years for a breast reduction and I have no regrets and the after care from Selin has been great and reassuring that I was healing well and advice on hand if I needed it.
I would just like to say a big thank you to all the team at clinic centre and especially selin my aftercare co-ordinator, I was worried that when I got home I would have no-one to support me but she has been amazing, she has answered any questions ive had , and assured me she is there 24-7 if I need anything, I would deffinately recommend clinic centre to anyone who is thinking about going to have any surgery,

Fantastic. A coordinator planned every stage, from the drivers, the accommodation and the actual operation. I was met at the airport and taken to a 4 star hotel. An English speaking companion helped every step of the way. At the Clinic Center I was given tea while waiting (which was a very short time) and then I had a consultation with the doctor and the operation was planned. All the staff at the Clinic Center were kind and helpful. The operation took less time than expected and once finished I was given time to relax and served a lunch with cups of Turkish tea. I was provided with all the medication I needed and a neck pillow (All without charge) I returned to the clinic the following day for a post op check and a shampoo. After checking out of the hotel I was taken to the airport in ample time for my return flight.
The Clinic Center is fantastic. All the staff, from doctors to coordinators, from the drivers to the interpreters. All were professional, kind and helpful. Also, the aftercare they give is excellent with a dedicated member of the clinic providing 24 hour post op care and guidance. The service from all the clinic staff was the best. The hotel was excellent, clean, modern and with great food and coffee. And, for the short time I was able to visit Istanbul I found it a wonderful buzzing city with amazing shops, markets and restaurants. I will definitely be going back to the the Clinic Center for treatments in the future and hopefully to Istanbul and Turkey as a holiday
I like the results of the surgery,the fact that they take care of their patients but also that they take an interest after the surgery and closely monitor the evolution.They answered all the messages and questions I had and provided me with the necessary information to continue to have proper care.I reccomand!
Excellent experience! The team was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. The aftercare provided was incredibly helpful. The accommodations were fantastic and well-maintained, with a great breakfast buffet. A helpful tip is to arrive early in the day and have the accommodation name handy in case the driver has trouble locating you. This will help ensure a relaxed and stress-free experience before the consultation and procedure!

The entire team was remarkably friendly, skilled, and attentive. The clinic also arranged a lovely hotel and all transfers—everything was timely, seamless, and well-organized. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. It was truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end!
