I ordered on October 18. A shipping label was created on October 27, but there's been no communication since. I emailed multiple times, reached out on social media where I was blocked, and called only to get a busy signal. I requested a refund through the payment service, and my bank is now investigating for potential fraud.

Avoid this seller - they'll take your money

I purchased a bonnet on August 27. After not hearing anything by August 31, I reached out for an update. On September 2, I received a notification that a label was created, but two days later, the carrier still didn't have the bonnet, and I still hadn't heard from the seller. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service!

Completely unacceptable

Completely unacceptable! Attracts customers with messages of faith and community. Then, she generates fake shipping labels that never lead to delivery. She ignores emails and chats on her site. Avoid this service! Additionally, you're overpaying for a dropship service.

Order placed on July 15 - no updates

Ordered on July 15, with a label created on July 22. I reached out in August via various channels and was blocked after leaving a review. USPS confirmed that double labels were being used. The service has not issued my refund or sent the item. It's a scam!

Incorrect item & threats received

Received the wrong item and contacted them on February 24th. No response. Followed up on February 28th, still no reply. After waiting weeks, I disputed the charge with my bank, who gave them 10 business days to respond. No reply. They finally emailed me on March 26th, accusing me of theft because I disputed the charge. I informed them they needed to contact their bank, but they continued to deflect. I attempted to return the incorrect item but received no further communication. If I could give "0" stars, I would. Their professionalism was severely lacking, and I cannot recommend this service.
