Review Time
When they finally arrived (took 4 weeks), I thought they would be too small, but I tried them on anyway. They fit perfectly and I have received a lot of complements. I agree that they aren't really going to help loose weight but maybe they confidence I got wearing them will help me make better food choices. I know feeling good in something also encourages me to move more so that's why I gave a 4.
The size chart was accurate for my size, 18. They fit amazing well. However I did not feel any tension or compression, they felt just like a pair of tights. They were squat approved. I ordered 3 pair and only wore one so far, black. So I can't speak of size across the board if accurate. I have two disappointments, the first is they don't have pockets. I don't know if that's how they only come or what I ordered. I need pockets! My second disappointment is how long shipping was. They definitely took a slow boat.
I thought they would be tighter, I thought the resistance would be more, and I thought they would pull my stomach in and it didn’t do what I wanted them to do for myself. I am a personal trainer and exercise instructor and I didn’t like the way it made my upper belly roll pop out, so I will be wearing these at home only
