Disappointing Experience with Air Purifier and Warranty

I bought the air purifier expecting dependable performance and proper warranty coverage due to its high price. Unfortunately, the unit failed completely after just a few months of normal use, well within the warranty period. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I could exchange it, but I would have to cover all return shipping costs for a defective product. Given the size and weight of the unit, returning it could be costly. Additionally, customers are advised to use any available box if the original packaging is gone and to label it as 'Exchange'—not exactly a reassuring returns process. A genuine warranty should protect consumers from defects without imposing extra costs or hassles. Forcing customers to pay for return shipping on a faulty unit under warranty makes the coverage nearly worthless. I was informed that the exchange could take 2–3 weeks after they receive the unit, leaving me without an air purifier for a long time. Considering the early failure of the product and a warranty policy that places the burden on the customer, I cannot recommend this air purifier. Potential buyers should know that 'warranty coverage' does not include prepaid return shipping, greatly reducing the value of this costly purchase. Very dissatisfied.
