From the start, I made it clear that the offer documents were quite lengthy (around 50 pages) and that I didn’t fully grasp all the details. I requested thorough explanations before signing. Instead of taking the time to clarify each document, the broker repeatedly urged me to “trust him” and directed me on where to sign without ensuring I understood the legal implications of my signature. Later, I found out that an extra page was included that I hadn’t been properly informed about, and that signature was used against me. When I decided to discontinue working with him due to a loss of trust, legal action ensued, resulting in significant financial repercussions stemming from that signature. I also reached out to the company to report and explain this situation. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and no substantial assistance or resolution was provided. As a client, I believe that transparency, thorough explanations, and client protection are crucial—especially when navigating complex legal documents. Based on my experience, I felt unsupported and misled during a critical financial decision. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this broker or the company to anyone seeking clear communication, ethical behavior, and genuine client support.
