This is the best lead gen service I’ve tried so far. Their leads are responsive and show interest. Not all of them convert, and that’s ok, lead generation works that way. I’ve been using the home valuation landing page they provide to generate my own leads using Facebook ads and the conversion rate is way better than the one I have with Placester. I would keep recommending them to everyone as long as they keep the good leads coming in.
You do not get anywhere close to the number of verified leads promised. I received two leads--one was not the owner of the home and the other seemed to be the same ''person'' on a number of properties. After my complaint they expanded the zip code areas but it made no difference. I will say that the online agent was responsive which is why I am giving it a two star versus a one star. It was an expensive lesson learned. I will take that monthly budget and do the Google Ads myself.

Turns out, a whole lot! Their leads are filtered and verified, which has led to more sales in the recent months and less time wasted. I was looking for a lead company to partner with and my broker recommended them. I was able to get a few leads in my first month and the quality of leads were decent but some of them had no contact info. On my second month I got a listing and started to receive more and better leads. Customer support responds quickly and helped me integrate with Liondesk.
The majority of my leads come from this site, and I was able to get my sales up in no time. The quality of leads is top notch...their customer service agents are always there to answer all your questions with patience and knowledge about their products. However, I would love to have an All-in-one suite or built-in CRM where I can follow up with my leads, create drip campaigns and task reminders without having to purchase a separate subscription with LionDesk. Also, having the option to import leads from other sources would be a plus.
