My recent interaction highlights a systemic failure that is unacceptable for a service platform.The primary issue is the sheer lack of responsiveness. I experienced a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes just to receive an initial reply. Worse, subsequent responses throughout the conversation were equally delayed, often taking 30-35 minutes between each agent reply. This is not "support"; it is an abandoned conversation.Furthermore, the quality of interaction provided by agent "Chewy" was exceptionally frustrating. It was clear that the agent was not reading my detailed messages. Every response I received felt like a BOT auto-reply—a generic, canned text completely irrelevant to the specific issue I had described. This resulted in an endless, unproductive loop that wasted my time and solved nothing.This level of service shows a fundamental disrespect for the customer base.
