Very frustrated

I placed two separate orders for Christmas gifts. I still haven't received either one and got an email saying one was delivered, but I have no idea where it went since I never got it. I've contacted customer support multiple times but only received generic replies. I won't be ordering from them again. I demand both of my orders or a full refund.

Jewelry is fantastic
