Where is my package??

Hello! I placed the order on September 04, 2025, order number #7907, the payment was successful as reported by the email that confirmed it, but I never received the package or a refund, I would like explanations and to know where the package is since we are on November 11, 2025!Yes, I double-checked and the payment actually did not go through and I wonder why since the order had been confirmed...
