Overall good quality, with minor issues

The items are quite nice, though a few of the charms appear slightly off, such as one that should read "love songs" but instead says "ove songs". I also wish I had received the tool to assemble it.

The charms are fantastic, and the bracelets are just as great! They arrived in about a week, and the team kept me updated on my order through email. I will say the charms were a bit tricky to attach at first, but I had a blast putting them on. I recommend future buyers to consider getting the suggested tool to make assembly easier. I absolutely adore my bracelet and have no intention of taking it off since it's waterproof. I selected charms like the butterfly, sea turtle, evil eye, skateboard, love songs, and guitar, and they all look even more beautiful in person! I also got the black bracelet, which contrasts nicely with the charms. Thank you for helping me create personalized jewelry!
