Joined with a £10 deposit which triggered £30 in bonuses. Having played for nearly hours I won £175. I was told the withdrawal would take two working days. I recieved an email yesterday asking me to confirm my my details but there wasn't a link to send the required information. To solve this I tried to log onto my account to find my account has been closed and no way to log onto the online chat,this is still without any payment being received.
Deposited fine went straight through , I won £267 on Friday , I cashed out on Friday , it's still not been processed, I went on to live chat to be told it's takes 1-2 days to be processed not including weekends, then will take 3-5 to be paid out so that's a week in total, even though when you withdraw it tells you it will be completed in 24 hours, I've never known anything take so long , I'm new to this site once I receive my funds I won't be using it again and I'd recommend to others to avoid this site
Monday morning put £40 in … and it goes straight in … all good so far.I win and cash out Monday morning.Tuesday morning it’s still not showing as even processing, I message and I’m told should processed by the end of tomorrow Wednesday, but…. then to allow 5 days for the bank to process ???The site is quick to take but very very slow to cash out. Other sites I’ve used have paid same or next day. I won’t come back or recommend.
Have made numerous deposits and a few withdrawals since I’ve had an account. Withdrawals were always processed within 24 hours at the very very most, yesterday I won £780 and requested a withdrawal over 24 hours it’s still pending and the live chat service say I have to allow two days for processing even though upon withdrawing it tells you one business day! I will not be making any future deposits after I receive my withdrawal!
