I called two days later using the provided number, and was told there was a cancellation with the airline. The price increased by $40 per traveler, turning it into a one-way trip. I noticed the credit card charges as well. The agent was rude and dismissive, not attentive to my concerns. It was stated that the specific agent who made the deal had to handle any changes or cancellations. This is quite unacceptable; the staff was discourteous and dismissive, with noticeable background noise. The agent assured me that the original representative would call back in a few hours, but that never happened. I couldn't cancel, and no one returned my call. They simply accessed the airline's website to place the order and then charged my card almost the same amount in 'Airline Charges'. I am now disputing this additional charge.

The other part is no longer available at that price, and they offer you the same flight for a much higher price. They refuse to refund your money despite their stated policy of a full refund within 24 hours. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Definitely a scam. I purchased a ticket for $789, then they called to inform me that the fare had changed, requiring an additional $690 or I would lose my original payment. Their customer service is based overseas and targets American customers. I lost my money and am currently disputing the charge.
This service is completely untrustworthy. They lure you in with low initial prices that they do not honor. They claim the airlines raised the booking price after my reservation, attempting to charge me an extra $296. When I refused, they informed me of a cancellation fee exceeding $100 for a fare they couldn't honor.
