I have tickets to travel from Mumbai to Frankfurt. As during airspace closures flights are getting cancelled, I am getting no further information to rebooking options. They have used some weird email address and phone number on airlines website and also not changing correctly.I am on weekends and they are not working on weekends. So I am not getting any customer support right now. This has annoyed me a lot.

I booked a round-trip flight for two people through CheapTickets and paid for checked luggage. The outbound flight was fine and the luggage was correctly booked.Two days before our return flight, CheapTickets contacted us and informed us that they could not book the luggage for the return leg, even though it had already been paid for. We were instructed to purchase the luggage again at the airport and then send the receipt for reimbursement.After the trip, I contacted CheapTickets. Their first response was to tell me to request reimbursement from the airline, which made no sense since I booked and paid for everything through CheapTickets. Still, I remained patient and gave them one week to process the reimbursement.During this time, I resent all documents multiple times (invoice and e-tickets issued by CheapTickets after payment, as well as the airline baggage receipt). Despite this, I received no response for over a week and no money was returned to my bank account.When I followed up again, CheapTickets replied that they could not find any record of baggage being booked through them, even though this information is clearly visible in the invoice and e-tickets they issued. I have now sent the same proof more than three times.As of writing this review, I still have no reimbursement, no resolution, and no response. I am now preparing to take further steps.Very disappointing experience, lack of accountability, and extremely poor customer service. I definitely do not recommend this platform.
