This website👎👎👎👎👎👎I bought a flight ticket they canceled the ticket and wait to resend the money, they said to me that i have to wait 10 days 😭If u are in anthor country and you have t a money just 2000 euro in your visa card, and this website take your money and say to you ,you have to wait 10 days, then ,you are homeless in the airport ,
I tried for more than three weeks to reschedule a flight, and I really can’t recommend them. It’s not worth buying with them.I couldn’t make the changes on their website because it said I needed to contact them. Every time I reached out, they replied saying they would send me a link to confirm the new flight and make the payment. But I never received it. I followed up multiple times, and every time I got the same response. Then, about a week ago, they claimed they had sent the email to a different email address. This makes no sense because I only have one email — the same one they used to send me the original confirmation and the same one I use to log in.Meanwhile, the cost of the flight keeps going up, and I still haven’t received the link to finalize the process. Yesterday, they told me I needed to handle this via their online chat, but the chat doesn’t work on my phone. It’s impossible to read anything on the screen, making it incredibly frustrating.They’ve made what should be a simple process unnecessarily long and complicated. I even contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed the flight could be changed, but because I booked through CheapTickets, only they have the authority to make the change.At this point, I still haven’t received the link or any real assistance. Their service is terrible, and I would absolutely not recommend using them.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!I tried to ask for a special meal for a long flight cause I'm allergic and the ticket number doesn't exist. My booking doesn't exist on the airline, none knows about my booking., IS A FRAUD!!! BE CAREFULL.I contacted them via chat for urgent help and the cut me the conversation many times. M y flight is in a week and I cannot do anything!
When I tried to book the prices increase immidiatly and it not that anymore what was offered. I have tried several times for several flights and it was always same. That is a criminal approach cheaptickets is known. I only can give a warning. Did not complete the booking.
