When I reached out, a representative answered and was incredibly helpful, honest, and well-informed. They provided excellent advice customized to my situation and suggested various destinations that matched my preferences. They can also create a comprehensive holiday package, which has made the entire process smooth and worry-free.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE DONT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND MISLED I DEALT WITH JACKSON WHAT A SHAMBLES , AFTER QUOTING SEVERAL HOLIDAYS I DECIDED TO DECLINE THEN HE CAME BACK TO ME ASSURING ME HE FOUND A FRESH DEAL I WENT THROUGH IT IN DETAIL HOTEL FLIGHT PRICE AND AGREED TO GO AHEAD , HE BOOKED FLIGHTS AND THEN SUPRISE SUPRISE ALL OF A SUDDEN HOTEL WAS BOOKED UP WHILE WE WERE ON PHONE NONSENSE ,THEN HE WAS TELLING ME ALL OTHER HOTELS WERE MORE EXPENSIVE AND I PAY MORE OF COURSE DISGUSTING , HE ALSO TOLD ME I COULNT CANCEL FLIGHTS WHICH IS NONSENSE THERE IS A COST OF £55 CANCEL OUT OF MY POCKET OF COURSE , I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO ATOL AND OTHER GOVERNING TRAVEL ORANISATIONS TODAY IN THE HOPE THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS AGAIN

I booked a holiday to Greece with Eric. I have booked via him before & he's very good at remembering my needs. He found me an idyllic place in Kos. It's serene, close to water & a lovely little hotel. I came here to work (I'm a mature uni student) & the atmosphere is so peaceful that I've completed 2 essays since arriving yesterday morning! I can now relax ahead of schedule & enjoy the days i have left hereI will always book via Eric. As Tina Turner sang, he's "simply the best"
