Such a great find, DEFINITELY PAY FOR THE UPGRADE BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY HAVE EVERYTHING ON THE PERSON. If I could give them five stars I almost would, but nobody is perfect. Honestly, I found exactly what I needed right away.
I’m giving this three stars because the app itself is okay, but the billing system is a mess. They charged my card two different times totaling $30 and for a while, it showed no record of anything. It kept asking me for more money even though I already paid. I tried contacting them and while they weren't totally unhelpful, it was a huge hassle to get someone to understand what happened. They say that they resolved my issue and the credit finally showed up, but it took way too much effort on my part. I’m keeping this right in the middle because it works now, but I’m definitely watching my bank statement closely next time.
Despite having paid for a comprehensive search three days ago, I’ve received nothing more than a receipt. I wrote to their customer service email and was ignored as well.The promise of the search including three dating sites is inaccurate — unless you pay extra. Everything about this site is a scam.
