I have written around 26 checks since late December 2015, and recipients are reporting that they haven't received their ACH payments. Some images show false or processing statuses, yet they still haven't received their money. I reached out to support but haven't received a response yet. I'm worried and wish I knew how to get in touch with someone for help.
There was a delay in the payout from the company sending information to the platform, but once that was resolved, the team was very responsive and quick to reply to my emails. They addressed any delays and kept me informed throughout the process, being professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you!
It's unfortunate I can't give a negative star rating. There is no redeeming quality about this company; I genuinely don't understand how they are still operating. If you need help, good luck! There has been no follow-up from support at all. It's been over two weeks, and they haven't approved my account or sent my payments, despite multiple submissions of the required documentation. They even emailed my clients about incoming payments but failed to deliver for over two weeks, making my business appear incompetent. If verifications are necessary, they should be done during account setup, not after notifying clients about payments. Absolutely awful.
