I got my tires in no time and at a fantastic price! The tire shop mentioned they were easy to install and balanced perfectly! This is my second set of tires bought from the service, and I will surely return for more in the future.
The tires were expected to arrive between the 13th and 18th, but as of the 21st, they still haven’t arrived, and I’m leaving the country. I received two tires, but I was informed that the other two won’t arrive until the 23rd. I made it clear that I’m leaving on the 21st. I requested return labels for the two tires I received, but they haven’t provided those. They refuse to cancel the order for the other two tires, which are set to be delivered while I'm away. I also can't return the two tires they sent me, which were left outside for pickup. The representatives I spoke to were unhelpful and still haven’t sent the return labels. I plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. This situation is unacceptable. It’s much easier to go to a local tire shop for service.
These guys actually suck. Ordered 4 size 19 tires for my project car and 2 of them came in fine. Emailed them since everyone makes mistakes right? About a week late 1 tire comes in (relabeled). Email then again and I basically got a response along the lines of “well we don’t know where it is and we don’t know you don’t have the fourth tire so get lost” So yeah unless your looking to waste your money and your time don’t buy from these guys.
