I send a 5th generation iPad that had been in a case and covered with a screen protector the whole time I had it. There was no screen issues or pixels or any damage at all. Original offer was $201. After I shipped the iPad and they had it four days my offer was adjusted down to $59 due to: Your device was found with backlight bleeding along the side(s) of the display. This is an issue that occurs when the backlight panel is not 100% blocked, allowing excess light to "bleed" through the LCD panel. This leaves spots of lighter areas where it has affected the screen and unfortunately, the only way to repair it is to replace the display assembly entirely.
What even is that?! Who knows. But now I have to either deny their offer and pay to have my product shipped back, or just accept an offer for less than half of what I was originally offered. Literally the kiosk in Walmart would have paid more. Save your time and energy, go elsewhere.

I am updating my review from four years back... They just re-evaluated my $2000 laptop and sent me pictures of scratches that are misleading! Caution to buyers and sellers! I've been taken advantage of multiple times! I sent in devices in excellent condition, yet they never honor the agreed price! They always find excuses to lowball! Then, they resell the items at a much higher price! In my opinion, this is a scam! Additionally, they attempted to charge me a fee to reset my laptop with my personal data! Beware! They are unethical and shady. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw numerous similar experiences. Recently, a supervisor asked me to change my review, and I said I would consider it if they made things right after giving them another chance. I sent in a 2019 laptop worth $2000; they offered me $210, then changed it to $110 after receiving it! The new supervisor asked for another chance since she wasn’t present during my previous issues. Same old story! So disappointing! An excellent condition 2019 laptop! Just unbelievable! They then resell it for much more! Unethical behavior!
