Do not shop here.Blatant scam - they're sending empty parcels without proper address - i have talked with the parcel carrier and the only address info my parcel had was postal code and country... no name, street, city... They're doing it so parcels get stuck, but since they have sent you a tracking number, they can say they shipped it for the first time.... but won't do it for the second time! "sorry no reship"! B.S.!
They seem to be selectively scamming. I had placed quite a few successful orders from them in the past but the last few months they never shipped anything. Two orders never showed up, both were (supposedly) reshipped and neither of those showed either. Now he's charging an insurance fee if you want a reship.
Buy with confidence, ordered with them when they were buckled.eu years ago and they still live up to the reputation. Good and clean Lizard Labs products. Even the third order came thru with ease. Can't understand the selective scammer accusations. I only encountered troubles with the bunq payment, but it got quickly resolved twice. Notice that I order from Spain domestically, thus less/no trouble at the border. The shipment is very professional, in a discreet and flat business envelope with sturdy cardboard reinforcements, the goods are tightly sealed against scratches, light, air, water and are correctly labeled. The guys at chems.eu are clearly professionals.
Again as other posters pointed out if you didn’t receive a seized letter then you’re order was NEVER sent out..... I waited and waited and waited some more,I spent a nice amount of money and got NOTHING.... eventually I emailed them,they took a while to respond and said the best we can do is give you a 50% so basically I was put against the wall and told to Take there offer or F off,so I said ok please send me 50% of what I ordered they said we don’t have that in stock.... eventually they said they’d send me something I said I’d like to test,so I waited and again waited some more.....it’s been months and I have received nothing at all,I was really really screwed by them,and even if by some miracle that “50%” gets to me I don’t know if I’d ever recommend anyone buy from them because it will just make them selectively scam even more,I really hope I save others from the stress I went through with them.... horrible horrible painful experience!
Placed a small order on 10/20; it was confirmed almost immediately. Other vendors I've used take *forever* to get back to you. These guys shipped out next day and it arrived (in US) on the 27th. Super fast shipping, very nice folks!
