I've made 5 purchases from them and only 1 showed up. The very 1st order I placed was 1g of ³--mmć and it was the only package to show up. Not long afterwards, I placed an order for 10x that amount + a few other goodies. Never showed up..It feels like they send your 1st order and trick you into believing it's safe to order more--WRONG!Don't get screwed out of 400.00 like I did😁😁**EDIT OCT 7TH***😁😁Update:Since I've made this review, 3 of 5 packages have made it to my mailbox. Here's why- Anything you order from Spain has a HIGHER chance of making it to you. Any other products probably won't make it to you because they ship from NL (customs will intercept it). How to use their site:In the SEARCH BAR, type in SPAIN and check the box that includes 'Product Description', then hit send. There are about 4 products that will ship from Spain. There ya go! I have ordered from them for years (Spain/etiz) and made 10 orders this year. All pure, top quality. I just got a batch early August that was pure. Then I got another pack last week and it's in completely different packaging and is BUNK. And they won't admit it or do anything about it. For a multiple year reliable customer who has spent thousands .. I would stay away from their etiz for a while until it has been verified it is legitimate again. Because at the moment (even found other people who bought the same batch with same trash purity results) it's garbage and you're throwing your money away
My first order with them went partially well, the ES sourced half of it arrived in 8 days. Never got the other half of that order, about $90 worth of product. Of what was received, one product was inert and nowhere near the quantity ordered, the other product was “meh” but they gave some extras. I placed another order, again making sure it was the same product as what DID arrive, from their Spain source. Still haven’t received it MONTHS later. Communication with the vendor has been a nightmare. No seizure letter, either — which means they never even sent the package out. Make your own choices but beware. Listen to the reviewers warning you, not the shills attempting to preserve their credibility. They MIGHT send you your first order to gain your trust and then scam you every subsequent time. Their customer service reps are also super wishy-washy and unwilling to make things right. I’d just avoid at all costs at this point, unfortunately, despite their good track record in the past. I’ll re-iterate what another reviewer said. REMEMBER: US Customs is *legally required* to send you the notification letter if they seize your package. Some people call these “love letters”. If you did not receive that letter, that means the vendor did not send anything! They are not sending you products, they are stealing your money.
A complete scam. I spent $500 there and bought insurance. This was back in April. I was supposed to receive 2 packages, from different countries. Amazingly, both never turned up. I contacted them after the 30 business days and they said they would reship. I waited another 30 business days and contacted them yet again when nothing came. They advised me that they hadn’t reshipped yet, as I didn’t reply to their last email. I sent screenshot proof that I HAD, in fact replied, within an hour of them sending it. I received no apology, just another email saying that my order had been reshipped. Well what do you know, another 30 business days passed and I’ve received nothing. Somehow both packages coming from different countries had vanished yet again. Upon contacting them, they told me they’d shipped it twice and it’s not their fault I haven’t received it. I asked for a tracking number, they advised that there was none. So basically, I was scammed. I am disgusted. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Entirely unprofessional customer service, dishonest and will steal your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
