You can't talk to to them, they reply slowly and not in good way. Since order #253021 didn't arrive after 20 business i asked for reship as in FAQ, but they tell me that do not have 5CL-ADB-A and ask if i want to reship without it, most € was placed on canna and they wanted to send 1/4 of what paid. I hope negotiations in next days will be successful.
First they list EG-018 as beginner friendly when it is actually inactive. I am now 5/7 successful packs to the US not sure what could have happened I recieved my most recent but 2 others before that are no where to be found right before the almost ban i ordered 10g 3mmc 1g a-php in one pack and 5 g hexen in the other both chems that were supposed to be banned. lucky for me they havent banned them yet. beware of panic buying large orders close together you wont recieve them just wait and order all at once or lots of small 1g packs if you can afford shipping. 3 stars simply because they dont offer a tracked US option so I could have figured out exactly what happened
US researchers beware!Ordered on 28 Dec 2020, about $80 worth of product. Waited patiently for six months. Nothing. Finally emailed them on 1 June 2021, asking for clues. Nothing. No reply. Welcome to October 2021. Still nothing. Can confirm, address is correct, and other vendors DO deliver.REMEMBER: US Customs is *legally required* to send you the notification letter if they seize your package. Things went great with Chem.eu for the first year. Firstly I live in the United States, and I ordered a total of maybe 10 shipments and eight of them came within the first seven days. As for the other two shipments one they offered the same chemical but just on blotter which ended up arriving five days later and the other package is the only one that I got a seizure letter from customs. As of this year starting in January till now I have not received one of my four or five packages that I have ordered. It has been going on to 30 days since my most recent order and I suspect it is not coming. Order never received we #252011
I really don't know why everyone is complaining about this company, I've had all my orders arrive within 10 days of ordering, stealth was on point too, vac sealed inside a reflective envelope and all. Keep orders small and you shouldn't have a problem.
