They make returning items that don’t fit or aren’t liked nearly impossible. They prioritize giving you a 'deal' over processing returns/refunds. There’s no information on clothing sizing or fabric. I ignored the numerous warning signs, especially the lack of a phone number or address on the website. I only discovered my items shipped from another country after placing my order. The return instructions state that hang tags must remain attached, or returns will be denied. I ordered three dresses, hoping to choose one for an event, but none had hang tags and they felt more like pajamas than actual clothing. BIG AVOID.
This website is deceptive! I bought two pairs of fingerless gloves that looked cute in the picture, and the description clearly stated they were 'knit' gloves. However, what I received was a flat, thin polyester material that wasn’t even hemmed! Calling them disappointing would be an understatement. They were nothing like the picture or description. I wasted my money since they shipped from overseas, and I can't return them.
Fraud!!! I ordered $450 worth of bridal items that were of terrible quality. They claimed I could return for a refund, but then denied it after I sent the items back. I requested they return the goods to me so I could resell them, but they have stopped responding to my emails and have taken my money!
Do not buy from this company. The clothes are poorly made, and they use a different company name for billing. I spent $1300 on clothes and returned them within a week. They only offer store credit for subpar items. I’ve reached out multiple times about the status of my return, but no one has responded. It feels like they stole my money, and the return shipping to another country was incredibly costly.
I ordered dresses based on their size chart, but they were too small and made from poor-quality material. I attempted to order cotton shirts with the credit they provided, but they wouldn’t issue a refund. The shirts were also too small according to their size charts. Since I used credit for the second order, they wouldn’t allow returns or exchanges, offering only a 10% discount on future purchases. I will never order from them again. I'm stuck with unusable dresses and shirts.
