I ordered items from this service, but when they arrived, the actual size was not what was advertised on the platform. Since the items didn't fit, I submitted a return request through their system. My return was denied, despite the clear sizing issue. I reached out to the support team via email multiple times, but received no response at all. Now, I am stuck with items that are unsuitable through no fault of my own. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be placing any more orders and cannot recommend this service.
The customer service is lacking. I made a purchase on 31, 12, 25, but it never arrived. I have no idea what happened to it. I emailed the support team, and Olivia got back to me three days later. I explained that my parcel hadn't arrived, but I'm still waiting for a response as of 15, 1, 26. I really like the clothing style, but the customer service is a major letdown.
My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a tracksuit for around £125.00 and was only able to wear it once. After following the washing instructions on the label, the bottoms shrank completely and are now unusable. I have reached out to the company directly, sent emails, and filed a complaint, but have received no response. The customer support has been shocking!
I have tried this clothing brand several times and can honestly say it's the worst I've ever encountered. Three out of five parcels have gone completely missing, while the other two were absurdly delayed. There’s no way to reach anyone for updates; all I receive is an email four to five days later stating that it's under investigation. I recommend avoiding this company.
