The amaretto jam is relatively nice, is a very small jar. But did not like misleading ("scan code to get your FREE JAR")On the inside lid. It's not true you have to buy more. Can't afford more at moment. It is nice jam and they do make lovely preserves.
Have ordered from this company for many years, but not any more.My recent order was for one of their chutneys, normally in 350 gram jars at £4.75 each. Yes, they are still £4.75, but the contents reduced to 210 gram jars. My fault for not checking, but you do not expect such a blatant overpricing, or content reduction, to take place from what I considered a reputable company.
I had been getting my preserves from this company for the past three years. My latest order arrived today. I realised immediately that the jar sizes have reduced greatly since my previous order. Previously the products came in 340 gm glass jars. My latest order came in 210 gm jars. I did not not notice the change in jar size when I placed my order, my error. Pricing the same as for the larger jars previously provided. As a result of this lack of value for money I will not be ordering any more product from this company.
Don’t waste your money. My son ordered a surprise cream tea it arrived without halve the order, no cream , scones cheese rang them and they said they’d send replacement haven’t received anything . £40 wasted rang again went to answerphone what a disappointment they are
Ordered an afternoon tea package, weeks before requested, scheduled delivery for the Friday, thinking that’s fine as they must then just deliver Saturday if there’s an issue. Well NO! I was wrong and dispite me being in all day Friday, Parcelforce ( and not FedEx as it’s advertised) will only reattempt delivery mon-Friday. So if it arrives Monday, this would have been 4 days+ in transit. Cherry Tree need a much more reliable delivery method. Maybe FedEx (as you clearly state on the confirmation email) used other similar services fine in the past, can’t speak about the products themselves, but nearly all of it will have to be thrown out once and if it ever get here. 0 stars if I could for this review
I saw very good reviews and I trust that these are true . but I'm embarrassed to admit that I have not received anything yet regarding the delivery of my parcel...my neighbours saw through the window that the delivery man dropped my parcel in an extremely open and unprotected place, and incorrect address meaning that people from the street saw my parcel and stole it immediately and ran away...my neighbour who is a 60+ year old women couldn't catch the thief . what should I do now? It was a birthday gift for my closest friend and it was extremely embarrassing to admit. return my money. or something at least . you should investigate this situation and speak with this irresponsible delivery man.
Fantastic efficient customer service! Went the extra mile after I left an anniversary present until the last minute and the lovely staff helped to get me my order dispatched at short notice. The box has arrived and my parents love it! Beautifully presented and lovely contents!
Most delicious jams and chutneys you’ll ever try. Absolutely perfect for all gifts and all occasions! Ordered few times before and missing one jar. Replaced and shipped and received next day - absolutely outstanding gold star service. Cannot recommend the company and products highly enough!
Love! Love! Love! Their products are amazing! Super tasty! The hot garlic is my absolute favourite! First tried them at bath market but they don’t have a stalk in Bristol so usually have to place an order. Orders are always on time and as expected! Their cheese with honey and fig is a must for any cheese lover! Make an order you won’t be disappointed!
