Favorite chocolate eversince !

Love to order in this shop , it feels like heaven when i received my order found the perfect gift this holiday season ... Omg so excited to give these to my nephews they will surely love it! Anyways it is perfectly wrap and no damage at all. Happy holidays !!! :)

I ordered £55 worth of gifts including a personalised item for a dear friend’s birthday. I ordered this 12 days before the my friend’s birthday. I was assured it would be delivered within 4 days. 6 days passed and I called again. They apologised for the delay and said they would refund my postage. I was promised it would arrive at the very latest on the following Saturday.
It did not arrive. I tried to call them but they were closed till Monday. My friend left to go on his travels on that Monday without a gift from me, for his special birthday.

I was absolutely fuming but also extremely embarrassed.

I contacted them on the Monday. They e mailed to say they had refunded my money, which they had in their possession for nearly 3 weeks.
There was a distinct lack of empathy and they certainly did not offer anything in way of compensation for the upset and embarrassment this debacle had created for me.

I emailed them again and they sent exactly the same message in return. It felt like they were doing me a favour giving me my money back.

I emailed again twice on different days explaining my concerns with their attitude and they have not replied.

I would strongly suggest not to trust them either your order or money. They are clearly not competent and certainly don’t care about their customers.

Fortunately my husbands cousin works for BBC watchdog and I am currently in the process of sending the details to them. Apparently I am not the only one with this type of complaint, drawing particular notice to their total lack of care towards failed orders.

Try another company for your online orders. Don’t use Cadbury.

I bought a gift box of chocolate bars as a birthday treat. The presentation was perfect and there was a lot of different chocolate bars inside. Value for money for a gift to be delivered when you need them. Good communication throughout. I will definitely use this company again.

The product was perfect but unfortunately the delivery wasn’t.
Your driver reversed into our garden wall and knocked off the end pillar.
He plainly balanced to broken section back on the wall and left without letting us know despite having handed the parcel directly to my husband a minute or so earlier.
We know it was this vehicle because we have a ring doorbell which records all the comings and goings including the wall pillar at the front of the house.
The driver is also on our video footage.
This must be the most expensive box of chocolates in the world.
Very disappointing behaviour from one of your company’s trusted associates. We look forward to your comments….

Within five minutes it was sorted out no problem at all great communication fantastic service that was provided to me during this time. Would definitely buy again knowing the outcome of this as this has reassured me as well that if there are any problems how great and fantastic they deal with it straight away so fantastic service would highly recommend to everyone.
