We are truly grateful for a fantastic two-week experience! Everything was smooth from the moment we booked. The studio was charming, cozy, clean, and incredibly peaceful. The kids had so much fun on the tennis court and zip line in the garden. The beds were comfortable, WiFi was great, and the place was spotless upon our arrival. We had a wonderful two-week experience! From the moment we booked, everything was hassle-free. The studio was delightful, warm, immaculate, and very quiet. This cottage and garden are charming, set in a beautiful location, perfect for my large family to celebrate together. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the cottage appears quite worn, not as depicted in the photos, with uncomfortable beds and furniture. The upstairs bathroom needs updating due to a rusty radiator, which is quite unappealing. Additionally, the drawers in the annexe bedroom were broken, and despite paying extra for a heated pool, it was quite cold.
This property is truly amazing. We were a group of twelve, both adults and children. The house beautifully combines vintage and modern styles, with a fantastic pool and large garden that kept the kids entertained for hours. We loved the unique charm of the older property alongside the modern amenities. The kids had a blast in the pool and garden, while we adults enjoyed relaxing, chatting, eating, and drinking in this lovely place. I would highly recommend it and would definitely return.
Communication was excellent at all stages. The representative reached out to us from booking through to our departure, always trying to meet our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and highly recommend it for family gatherings. If you're looking for a property with character that still offers modern conveniences, I can highly recommend this one. The team clearly cares about ensuring their guests have a great experience, and we appreciated the thoughtful gift packages for both children and adults!
