ZERO STARTS FOR THIS SCSMMERS, Do not buy from CHIC ME!!my order did not ship for 12 day, even after ruching out several times they did not answer me I wanted to know where was my order. I decided to cancel they offered me 20% on my next purchase I declined and ask nicely for full refund
Them they did not have an itmi ordered they never contacted me.
I keep asking to cancel since my order wasSTILL NOT FOR ANOTHER WEEK IT WILL be 3 weeks now. Now they told me they will charge 15% handling fee… FOR WHAT !! It’s their mistake not mie for not shipping my order and not having the items in stock

I ordered two items from this company on January 14th. I have never received either one. They were charged to my Visa card and have been paid. I would appreciate a credit to my account.
I chose this dress because it appeared beautiful in the photos. However, upon arrival, it was completely different, not true to size, and far too short to qualify as a long dress. I requested a full refund and return on the same day. Unfortunately, the support team has been extremely unprofessional in their responses, deliberately delaying the process and suggesting partial refunds of 10% and 20%, which I clearly rejected. To this day, my issue remains unresolved, and I’ve now been informed that the 14-day return window has lapsed. It’s evident they are disregarding customer rights, and I intend to take formal steps regarding this situation. I will never shop with this platform again, and I strongly recommend others to steer clear due to their unacceptable conduct.

This service is a scam. Do not order from this brand. I ordered a pair of jeans for £30 and received the wrong pair. When I reached out, I was told the jeans I ordered were out of stock, so they sent me a replacement. The jeans are nothing like the ones I ordered. When I asked to return them for a refund because they are unacceptable, I was informed I had to pay a £22 return fee as they don’t cover this. Seriously? You sent the wrong item and expect me to pay to send it back? This service is an absolute joke and needs to be shut down.
After reading reviews, I decided to order from this platform. My order was delayed by an additional 2 weeks after payment because the item was out of stock. When it finally arrived, it was not what I ordered; they sent a different jumpsuit. I couldn’t reach customer service to exchange it for the correct item. The one they sent is the wrong size, doesn’t fit, and is of poor quality.
