Item used missing multiple parts not even worth purchasing parts to fix. Should have just bought a new expresso machine. This one is worthless. Parts plus the used parts will cost similar to new. Don't even think the main machine works. Documented as open box. Company is a scam doesn't give good information on item or pics.

Caution Advised: Untrustworthy Practices Observed

There is something very concerning happening here and with the platform in general. Please exercise caution and consider staying away. I have evidence showing I won these bids (I noticed the review site does not allow photos). At times, I even had a maximum bid still active when I won. I highlighted the bids and maximum bids in red and underlined the notice 'Auction Is Closed' multiple times. When I raised a complaint, they attempted to shift the blame onto me. The evidence is clear, but the platform refuses to acknowledge their system issues, which may even be unethical. I believed this was a past occurrence, so this time I was prepared with screenshots. The platform will not rectify the situation for me. Be very wary of dishonest practices.

Extremely unprofessional and discourteous service experience.

The service I received was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. I arrived to collect an item on December 31st at 3:45 PM, only to find a note on the door stating that they had closed at 3 PM. It wasn't a holiday, and there was no prior notification via email or on the website about the early closure. When I inquired about picking up my items, I was firmly told no, and that I had forfeited my items. I was informed that this information was shared on social media, but not everyone checks those platforms. The representative mentioned there had been a discussion that morning, January 2nd, and stated that no refunds would be issued, leaving me feeling completely disregarded.

Positive Experience Despite a Delay

At the Texas location, I tried to collect my winnings but arrived late as they were closing. A wonderful employee noticed my distress and my need for oxygen. She quickly and kindly located my items and loaded them into my car. Her excellent service deserves recognition.

Disappointing Experience

I drove two hours to collect the product I won at the auction, only to receive a completely different one that was of much lower quality. I was left waiting for a long time outside. It was easy for them to say "we made a mistake" and offer a refund.

Great Service During a Rush

At the location in Texas, I attempted to pick up my winnings but arrived late as they were closing. A fantastic employee recognized my distress and my need for oxygen. She promptly and graciously found my items and loaded them into my car. Her outstanding service should be acknowledged.

Caution Advised

I purchased several items that appeared to be in good condition, only to discover they were broken. Other items looked heavily used. I won't be buying any high-end products again, as they likely won't be in proper condition.

Frustrating Auction Experience

I set up an account for a friend, who was excited about the auction and made a purchase he was pleased with. However, his next purchase somehow added another location far away. He bought an item for $100, thinking it would ship locally, but that wasn't the case! If you don’t pick up the item, it’s considered abandoned, and you lose your money. When I spoke to someone at the location, they were aware of the app's issues but offered no solutions. This feels like a scam. I recommend deleting your account.

Lack of Communication

I won an item and reached out about their holiday hours for pick-up, but received no reply. On the deadline day, I called and left a message but still got no response. The next morning, I was informed they were charging a restock fee, and I could no longer pick up my item. It cost me about $100 to learn not to do business with them. I'm still waiting for a response after six days.
