ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Products and service! This is one Instagram Ad I am so glad I clicked on. I purchased a few items and they are exceptional quality. They fit SO comfortably and hang past my hips and belly (which is so hard to find in clothes these days). I cannot wait to order more! The team were so lovely to deal with! If products require a pre-order, this should be clearly stated along with expected timeframes so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. I reached out after waiting two and a half weeks with no update, only to be told that several of the items were on pre-order and could take up to 90 days to arrive. They also advised I could pay additional shipping to have the in-stock items sent separately. When I requested a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible because the pre-order had already been placed. I’ve ordered from them several times in the past with no issues, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
I have been a long time customer and have an array of items in my wardrobe from the hoodies, to the crew neck jumpers, t-shirts and most recently their leggings and I have to say I am a MASSIVE fan!The quality of their products is incredible, sizing is accurate, and the clothes actually look the same as they are modelled on the website, when they arrive, not to mention incredibly comfortable.Postage is super fast, and even when they are working during a sale / high demand period, Customer service is second to none, with quick response times, friendly interactions and their team is more than willing to go the extra mile for their customers.All in all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and will absolutely be a returning customer, again and again and again!

Where do I start! The sale caught my eye and I popped on and grabbed some leggings, tshirts and hoodie. I knew to expect delays due to sale as a previous small business owner im well aware of the fact that sales can cause delays and change of season means sickness in the work place. The communication via Facebook and email was exceptional. My overall experience was great. We couldn’t be more happy with our order and can’t wait to get more. Amazing quality in the fabric too. Run don’t walk!
