I have had some ongoing issues with my boiler and Craig from CP & H was excellent. He very quickly got to the root of the problem and provided a solution. His knowledge and experience gave me the assurance i need to feel that all the issues are behind me.

We worked with Dan and his Team for over a year now to complete underfloor heating pipework with installation, new flow and return central heating circuit throughout our house, replacing radiators, boiler, enabling instant hot water in all taps on every floor, installing new shower room, refurbishing existing bathrooms and toilet etc. The key team members were William and Andy and their professionalism is second to none. We were living in the house whilst the refurbishment took place and they ensured to keep everything tidy with minimal disruption. They also worked seamlessly with other contractors in the house which made the renovation project much more stress-free. I can not recommend CPH highly enough! We will certainly use them in the future with our upcoming projects.
The plumber replaced the bath plug in the bathroom and left the job unprofessionally finished, without adding silicon materials / coating back around the panel to fix it in its position again after removing it to gain access the under bath area to replace the plug. I had to complain several times for him to come back to the property and finish his job, which was very frustrating. Courtesy was close to nil. My biggest mistake was using this plumber for another job one last time, which he was not able to complete. He then called me using inappropriate and derogative language in the last invoice he sent me
A family friend recommended Chislehurst Plumbing for my broken toilet handle. It was easy to arrange an appointment and the plumber showed up promptly during the appointment period that he had been booked for. Service was quick and efficient and there were no hidden charges. I had 2 heated towel rails removed and capped. The engineer Paul turned up on time and was very experienced. The work was completed with zero issues and all waste removed. Paul was an exemplar engineer who completed the work to a high standard. I paid a very competitive price and pleased there were no extra unbudgeted charges. The best heating specialists and plumbers in the South East. Have been using CPH since 2014. I never use any other company for my boiler needs. They also fitted a macerator pump for a second toilet I have and recently installed a new boiler for my 90 year old mum in Kent, when her boiler died. Always really nice and helpful, from Jayne in the office to the engineers who attend, right up to Daniel the boss; they all communicate with you and with one another and you never have to wait forever to speak to someone or get something sorted. Professional and efficient.
