Their customer service is terrible. It takes them four working days to reply to an urgent email. The response on Instagram was swift, but no solution was provided, even though the delivery issue was clearly their mistake.
Terrible service waiting over a week for a delivery sent them an email & they have the cheek to tell me it's in the local shop waiting for collection when it isn't!! Bought two premium technical tracksuits (black and Navy) and I love the way they look, very smart fit and quality is fantastic for the price! If buying I usually wear a XL in regular fit but for this as it’s a bit more a fitted piece and after looking at the sizing I had to go for the 3XL

Everything fits as its true to size.

STAY AWAY! I'm still waiting for a refund since December 8th, after I attempted to cancel before delivery. They delivered it regardless, and I returned it immediately. Now, they've informed me that I won't receive a refund because I left an honest review. I've reported this issue to my bank as fraud. Avoid this service at all costs.
Order significantly delayed with no updates or responses from the service. I placed an order for a pair of pants on 5 December, expecting standard delivery within 4–7 days. It has now been nearly three weeks, and my order hasn’t even been handed to the courier. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times seeking an update. Initially, I received a generic reply stating I’d get a follow-up in a few days, but that never occurred. Despite following up again, I’ve had no further communication. I’m not looking for anything extraordinary, just a simple update to avoid having to pursue a chargeback with my bank or escalate the issue further. The treatment of paying customers has been disappointing, and the absence of communication is incredibly frustrating. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, it seems that even public complaints receive the same standard response directing customers back to support. If the customer service team actually responded, I wouldn’t be in this position. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to seek clarity on the situation and express my concerns about being ignored. While delays can occur, a complete lack of communication after receiving payment is unacceptable.
My order arrived after 3 weeks instead of the promised 1–2 days. They don’t accept returns for items that don’t fit. The customer service was disappointing, and the trouser quality was subpar. I recommend checking other reviews before purchasing.
They attempted to persuade me to change my 1-star review to a 5-star rating in exchange for a voucher. The service was dreadful, and the customer support never responded to my emails. I strongly advise against using this service and will not return.
