Review Time
I bought 2 dresses and need to return them. I have yet to get any feedback from evepes.com customer service requesting a return label multiple times. It's been over 2 weeks since I received them. 30 day return policy so time is of essence. I feel like I've been swindled. Once you buy it I hope you like it because apparently there is no way to return your purchase.
I ordered 8 pieces of clothing based on my size and 6 came too small. I saw on the website that they offered easy returns, so contacted them requesting an exchange. They told me I would have to pay shipping and I said it was fine. There response was that they would offer me a 20 dollar refund for 125 dollars worth of clothing, no offer of an exchange. In their return policy, I neglected to notice #2 - "Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable."

I bought 2 dresses and asked to return one because it was not as expected. Too long and too small, I told them I wanted to keep the other one but return this one, they refused to let me return it and offered me $11 credit on $57 dress. Will never buy from them again. Beware of this company!
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and the communication was terrible. I was unable to speak to anyone to get an exact date of when it would be sent, i had other items with the purchase too. I could not take the chance that it wasnt going to be here in time if it needed any alterations etc. I offered to pay for expedited shipping, whatever it took. I loved the picture of the dress, it was beautiful. I ended up cancelling the whole order and now I am tasked with finding an appropriate dress. I work full time so this is a very frustrating situation. Extremely disappointed!
My dress from Evepes was too small. I typically wear a medium, but it did not fit. It took multiple emails to obtain the return address, and it ended being in Dubai. The cost to return it would have been $269.00. More than 3X the cost of the dress. They have offered a $18 credit for a $60 dress. Beware!
I ordered from this company because they advertised that the clothes were made in South Carolina, and a rayon blend. None of this was true. Clothes had Made in China tag, and no fabric tag but were clearly polyester. Sizing was off too. They also advertised easy returns however nothing was easy. They wanted me to keep the dress that didn't fit and offered me a refund of 20% of what I paid. I told them that none of the info in their ad was accurate and that was not acceptable. After considerable back and forth, I got 90% of what I paid but shipping to Dubai cost a lot; they did not cover that.
