Review Time
I've been selling on Amazon for a number of years but have found it increasingly difficult to manage my account thanks to the constantly changing requirements Amazon set on a seemingly weekly basis. It was taking up my time I would have otherwise spent on the core of my business and I seemed to be getting little reward for it. Since working with Chris and the team I've found their knowledge of Amazon a great help for my business and they have resolved many issues for me which I otherwise wouldn't have had the patience to deal with myself. I would gladly recommend anybody wanting to grow/improve their Amazon business give them a try.
Since the initial meeting with Chris and Scott we felt very assured of Christurtonecommerce ability from the start. Perfomcace so far has been very good and we are seeing good results, the best thing for us in such a fast paced Ecom world is clear communication channels. We had every question answered instantly and always offered a good solution to any problems. The guys have constantly been checking up to make sure tasks are completed so deadlines are hit. The brand page that was designed on amazon was great, they way that the guys took inspiration from our brand to make sure everything matched up was first class. Would highly recommend Christurtonecommerce services to anyone.
As a company, we have been selling on Amazon for over eight years and have had so many issues dealing with them on both FBA and Vendor, and it has been beyond frustrating. We started with Chris Turton earlier this year and it has made our life, and sales so much better! They say they will do something and it is done, they communicate well, they understand Amazon and how it operates, and most of all we have seen an increase in sales and a decrease in stress! Highly recommend them.
I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but we had a terrible experience with Chris Turton and I would be irresponsible if I didn't make it known.Our Amazon inventory was made much, much worse by their work. We are still having huge problems trying to rectify their errors. Despite knowing the problems they had caused they didn't rectify them, and instead threw the towel in and stopped working with us completely, leaving us to fix their mess. Communication was difficult, which we took some responsibility for and tried to improve by implementing direct channels with very limited success. We were told between 20-30 hours a month of work would go in to our account. We had one month where only 2.5 hours were worked on our account, another 4, another 5.5.There was no urgency at all and what looked to us like very little effort. To summarise we made zero progress and a huge amount of extra work and aggravation for us was caused by working with Chris Turton in 8 months. I'm writing this review today because we have had an FBA shipment refused, purely down to errors made by Chris Turton e-commerce. This has cost me money and time and it shouldn't be acceptable.
