Ordered a watch mid 2025 ... at the start it was great communication and definitely felt like John enjoyed building a custom watch with me.we communicated a few times to get a custom made face (about $200 extra) and after multiple communications we confirmed the logo + color etc...This was a trial to order in bulk and ensure the finished product.During that building period i reached out a couple times to ask if i could see the face PRIOR to building the watch to ensure it looked right ... and was told no problem. He said he would send me a pic of the face once done before putting the watch together- that was NOT done.One day ... 4-5 weeks after original payment/order - a plastic bubble wrapped package arrived. There was no case etc... only the watch wrapped into a ball w bubble wrap.The watch it self does have a good weight and feel..BUT the face had the wrong color etc..I reached out 4-5 X over the next 3 weeks = ZERO responseCONCLUSION - project felt good BUT not what was ordered and communication is great before you pay ... but definitely did not reply once to my multiple request by email and text .definitely disappointed.. and for sure .. did not order the rest of the planned watches
What a horrible purchase. I placed an order on June 28 and after several promised deliveries I received the incorrect watch today, Aug 11th. The order was specific and included a color image yet the watch I received was not even close to being accurate. I ordered a deep blue dial with matching blue band and received sky blue chronograph with steel oyster bracelet. Save your money, time and effort and do not buy from this site. Absolutely horrible experience.
I normally buy from moddy'smoddy's is the best watch It's the same watch, but made by real professionals. Here I received my purchase and the watch looks good, but the quality is far from the first thing. When you come to screw the cylinder head, it's hard to set the watch correctly because it makes the second hand move again, and that's unfortunate on your part, and your glass is not of good quality. It's not a glass like real luxury watches, it's not anti-scratch, mine arrived with scratches. Don't waste your money with this scam, go to Moddy's. These are real watches made by professionals and top quality workmanship and real luxury materials to make your watch.
Didn't know what to expect when I placed my order, but wow - Chrono Canada blew me away. The watch feels premium, the customization was spot on, and the communication was top-notch. I've already had coworkers ask where I got it. Will definitely be back for another.
The communication and how precise chronocanada is to the smallest detail, anybody can go and buy a rolex or patek philippe if you have good credit...but imagine owning something 1 of 1! Also, with top quality! From the material down to the customer service, I have and bought 4 watches from chronocanada and I've gotten more compliments on them than I do my rolex or breitling. Don't believe me order yourself and see for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed!
