Review Time
So first, took a week and a half to get the watch…not 2-5 days as said. I told the owner my wrist size and sure enough, the band didn’t fit. He told me I could get a different band(not wanted) different watch( not wanted), or refund minus 15% restock fee. I understand if it was a change your mind thing, but wasn’t! So I accepted getting a different band. 2 weeks in this process already. He sends the band from China and 2 weeks later, still didn’t come, so opted to return. I paid UPS and send message the other day, which replied hadnt seen, yet signed for it 3 days prior. So I sent messages yesterday and today and he finally answered saying he sent a refund! I asked how much, the answer was purchase minus 15%, didn’t give me a number. So buyer beware, they/he communicates well to the point of purchase, but if something goes south, there’s no exception even though not your fault! I will never purchase or recommend anyone purchase
First off... Hats off, owner himself took time to go over over my ideas and customizations. Once set I got to even see a mock up of how it will come it. Payment and order could not have gone smoother. Arrived with like 10 days and I can't say enough about the quality and care that went into assembling the timepiece. Fast forward 60 days and I've already bought 2 more. Amazing way to style any outfit and at and great price.
I was a little unsure at first about ordering from a custom watch company. I didn’t know how the quality would be or if the customization would turn out the way I hoped. But I was pleasantly surprised. The watch arrived looking even better than expected, and the craftsmanship really impressed me. It was a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. It felt personal, stylish, and really well made. I’m so glad I went for it.
Very nice looking watches, the styles are very eye catching, I have owned this watch for a few months now and have no problems what so ever. I wear this as my daily watch and get a lot of compliments when I where it. The customer service from Chrono Canada is excellent and I will be sure to buy from them again

It’s a true head-turner, and it always makes me feel like the most out-together version of myself when I wear it. Outstanding customer service and product!
