Incredible program

Incredible program. Charlotte is one of the toughest airports in the country to get an appointment. When we wanted an appointment in early September there were none available through the end of the year! When we starting getting the texts for cancelled slots it took us less than a week to snag two appointments. You need to be super-quick but this really works.

Frustrated that I paid for nothing and still had to reach out locally

This was ridiculous and I had to pay for this even though I also had to get in touch with the local person who then would put me on an email list to send me the times when I could go and register to go to the facility. I'm aggravated that I had to pay for this service and it did not even help me because when I tried to use it without having a specific code from the person at the on-site venue, I could not have access to even trying to get an appointment. I feel like this was a money grab.
