Extremely dishonest and misleading business. I paid full price for a specific sofa model, exact measurements, and agreed quality. What I received was a completely different model, wrong size, and significantly lower quality than what was promised and shown. After I complained, the owner admitted the issue and promised a replacement, then chose to ignore all calls and messages. This is a clear case of misleading customers and taking money without delivering what was agreed upon. I am posting this review to warn others and I will not remove it until this issue is resolved properly. Proceed with caution.
Delivered my sofa dirty covered in blue fabric chalk, couldn’t even clean it before delivery as they claimed they hired a new member. Whoever that is should be FIRED!!!! Then sent me a fabric cleaner which did not work and have not heard from them since. For £985 I expected a new clean sofa not this, SO disappointed. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Sofista Living.The sofa I received was not as shown on the website and the dimensions were inaccurate, meaning it did not match the advertised size. In addition, the sofa was supplied with incorrect legs/fixtures, which made it unusable.I raised these issues promptly, yet the matter was never properly resolved. Communication was poor and inconsistent, with long delays and no clear ownership of the problem. They basically ignore your contact after a while. Due to the lack of progress, I raised a chargeback with my bank; even after this was declined, Sofista Living still failed to supply the sofa as ordered or resolve the outstanding issues.Do not buy from them. It caused a lot of hassle and stress. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Based on my experience, I would urge others to be cautious. The product did not match the description, and the after-sales service fell well below an acceptable standard.
I'm thoroughly impressed with Sofista Living! From ordering on their website to delivery and assembly, the entire experience was seamless. The delivery team was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job assembling the sofa. The product itself looks fantastic and fits perfectly in my room.
