Really lovely and friendly staff … especially Shana and Nadine. Great gym facilities and a loving the wellness chairs after a workout. Ice baths would be flipping awesome to get in but I know that is a lot of hassle. Maybe a seperate place on the Kapiti coast that specialises in cold/hot water therapy. That’s would be very popular
I like the Kakano simplicity gym alot. Very occasionally it’s packed but there’s never a massive wait for anything. The gym is clean and the music is always at a perfect volume where it isn’t too loud, this is hard to find at many city fitness gyms. The staff are friendly & respectful and the place feels spacious and relaxed. Genuinely enjoy it enough to justify the 25 minuet commute to make it my regular gym!
