Ferrymead has changed

Ferrymead used to have a fantastic recovery room and was one of the reasons I joined. It was turned into a Pilates studio without any consultation or notice. Very disappointed it’s now like any other gym, crowded with machines and no quiet areas

The atmosphere is great

The atmosphere is great. Plenty space but it gets too busy to use certain equipments. Have to wait between a set of particular exercise to get a similar machine to carry on with.

Zumba, Core & Groove classes

Kim & Kendall make Core & Groove at CityFitness Ormiston so much fun, as well as, the Zumba class with Jeannine. Love it!! Their energy is great, and they create such a positive vibe that I actually look forward to working out. The classes are a great mix of core strength and dance, and they make it enjoyable for all fitness levels. I always leave feeling great—highly recommend!

Fantastic group fitness at Ormiston City Fitness

My gym experience at Ormiston City fitness All Classes: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), group power, core training, group groove, zumba, and yoga.I’ve been attending the all classes for the past two weeks after long period researching, and they have been fantastic. All instructor (Kym, Kendall, Jeannine, Alan, Jordan, Robert, & Davina), are very motivating and knowledgeable, ensuring everyone performs exercises correctly and safely. The classes are well-structured with a good mix of cardio and strength exercises, which keeps it engaging and challenging. I've noticed improvements in my endurance, strength, and overall fitness. The atmosphere is energetic and encouraging, making it easy to stay motivated. The class size is just right, allowing for personalized attention (sometimes overcrowded especially zumba). I highly recommend this classes to my friends who have joined and enjoyed it. Highly recommend anyone looking to get fit quickly and have fun doing it.
