Usually overcrowded but there are a lot of machines so even in busy periods you can usually find a space or machine, even if it's not exactly what you wanted to use that day. Friendly staff. Reasonably clean. Often too warm though, for exercising especially in summer. A good gym for the price you pay, but nothing amazing.
It was my first day here in the Palmerston North City Fitness in town. There are many machines here and they vary from targeting muscles in your arms and legs, overall I rate this City Fitness a 5 star.
