The staff in the office were always very helpful and the team involved with the actual move arrived on time to empty our property and then at the new property to deliver our belongings .On both occasions they were polite,efficient and very professional.They took exceptional care of our belongings.I would definitely recommend City moves.
I was a nervous mover having not moved for over 20 years.We moved 200 miles from the North West to Surrey and the moving out and moving in process took place over 3 days, and include 2 pianos which we were quite worried about.I can honestly say City Moves did a brilliant job, and the team of men involved were all very personable, cooperative and respectful.Very pleased with the whole experience provided by this company.Recommend.
We have received a very high standard from City Moves. The process from start to finish was seamless, both from the office and also the moving team on the day. The team on the day were very professional, careful with all of our belongings and respectful. They were very swift both leaving the house we moved from and at the new house and there were no marks.
