They are scammers sending unsolicited letters. A letter was sent to my home with the name Mr. Iha Teyou. I had an email address similar to that 15 years ago, which I haven’t used in over a decade. It’s concerning how they obtained this information, as I do not own a car either. I do not trust this company and advise others to avoid them as well.
I received an unsolicited letter from this company today. To be blunt I am more concerned how they got my name and address than anything to do with ever being sold over priced car finance, something which I have never done . For anyone who was naive enough to be sold such finance you don't need to go through a company like this to make a claim. To me they are less trust worthy than car dealers !
I never registered with this company, yet I received an unsolicited sales letter. I have strong reason to believe they acquired my personal information through third-party sources without my consent. Their practices appear untrustworthy and raise serious concerns about data privacy.
