This experience was extremely disappointing. The shoes I received were two sizes too large and of very low quality. Returning them requires shipping to a distant location, which is nearly as expensive as the shoes themselves. I sent them back around five weeks ago and have yet to see a refund.
CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY ON SOCIAL MEDIA... posing as a well-known brand. The footwear is made of cheap plastic and vinyl, which is completely disappointing. I reached out to them, and they used a fake name for the owner, responding to emails in a seemingly helpful manner. They are based overseas and initially offered a 30% refund, but once I accepted, all communication vanished.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! I absolutely dislike this service!!!!!! The shoes are the most plastic, low-quality items I've ever seen, and the refund process is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! A total waste of time and money!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! They require returns to an overseas location instead of the address listed on their site!! They warn that return costs are high (which is our responsibility), and instead offer a meager 10% of your purchase price to keep the shoes. I wouldn’t be caught wearing these flimsy sandals. It’s truly absurd!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!
Regretting my purchase of 2 pairs of this subpar product. They don't even resemble leather, more like cheap synthetic material with poor quality ties. The lining is disappointing. I’ve had to deal with a cumbersome return process, requiring photos of the shipping bag and carrier tag, and they insist on using an expensive international shipping method. After all that, my refund is shrinking fast. What a scam!
