I ordered a necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday, but it never arrived. I reached out to the support team four times. During my first call, I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told none were available. The representative became rude when I inquired about his last name, claiming he didn't have one. The second representative, a young lady whose name I didn’t catch, transferred me when I asked for a supervisor, but no one picked up. On my third call, I spoke to another young man who was even ruder than the first, laughing when I explained that the necklace was a birthday gift needed within two days, so I hung up. The fourth representative, Edwin, was more courteous; he listened to my situation and offered options (send a replacement or refund). I requested overnight shipping since I needed it urgently, but he discovered that the previous rude representative had submitted a refund without my consent. I have never experienced such disrespect and rudeness, and I will not order anything from this company again.
I purchased an all pink purse online for my wife on December 16th, 2025, as a Christmas gift. However, on December 22nd, 2025, the purse I received was not what I ordered; it only had pink straps and was tan. The issue is that the purse I wanted was listed online but out of stock! As a husband, what am I supposed to do? With only two days left before Christmas, they wouldn’t expedite shipping for me and insisted I had to pay $80 for it. This feels completely unfair! I didn’t fail to remove the item from the site; I’m not the one who wanted this purse—my wife did. I feel let down and will not be returning as a customer.
I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife from a well-known outlet nearly 10 days ago, and it still hasn't shipped from California. I placed several orders with other companies, and they arrived within days, not weeks. I won't be using this service again.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered shoes in size 3.5, but they sent me size 6.5M, which is actually equivalent to a UK size 4 or 4.5. Instead of offering proper compensation, they expected me to understand their confusing sizing system—as if I needed a PhD just to shop with them. Pathetic service.
Ordered a purse for my wife and never received it. Michael Kors refuses to refund or replace it, claiming it was “delivered” even though I never signed for it and it was simply left on my porch. Customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive. For the premium prices they charge, I expected far better customer service. Extremely disappointed — will never purchase from Michael Kors again.
I just thought i will thank Michael Kors for taking the initiative to go up to size 9.5 in shoes. Am an adult who all my life has not had the fun of buying nice shoes because of my size. Shoe makers often just stop at size 8 or 9 which dont work for some of us. Thanks KorsI have been very pleased with my shoes.
Well manufactured ! Sturdy, pocket in middle has zipper, side pocket(in first compartment) zippers. Pebbled leather, looks great and is more me than the 1st one I bought. Great price, fast shipping. Honest desription. Perhaps put a snap inside pocketbook for over all closure. I'll move into it tomorrow. Love your bags.
I had a terrible experience with Michael Kors. I purchased a dress using my debit card, but unfortunately that card was later compromised and had to be cancelled. When I tried to return the dress, I was told the refund could only go back to the original card—even though that account was closed. I explained the situation and even contacted corporate, but their response was simply “we don’t handle in-store transactions.”So now I’m stuck with a return they refuse to process. The lack of flexibility and accountability is shocking for a brand of this size. Customer service was dismissive and offered no real solution. I will not be shopping at Michael Kors again, and I’d warn others to think twice before making a purchase here.
THE WORLDS WORST WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a purse at the outlet knowing I could purchase the matching wallet online since they didn't have it at store level. They had it on sale for the labor day weekend. tried to cash out and it goes back to regular price. Chatted with cust svc. Cecil but she couldn't help. Called customer svcs again to purchase over the phone and they gave me the disc charged my card, tells me my card is declined said that's impossible so cust svc tried again same thing. They put me on hold for a bit then come back and says that their system is having issues. Go online to my CC and see that I have FOUR PENDING CHARGES .. FOUR!!!! they had to drop each one and the manager told me I have to purchase online since they are having issues and then they will adjust the amount later. OH yeah like I want a fifth charge on my card. Now I just want to return the purse. I'll stick with COACH from here on in.
