Review Time
One of the absolute worst support experiences I have ever had.
I have paid $350/m for several months, and when I needed support, their best answer was "ask your LLM for help debugging".
I mean, it's a joke. Right?
I‘ve spent multiple thousands of dollars on clay.comOverall its a great tool, but lately the support has been awful. Bugs and issues allover and after 7 days and multiple support chats I havent gotten any help. I just get ghosted after getting a half-assed solution proposed. This particular bug hasnt been fixed and is costin me money every single day. And as I said, the support is awfully unhelpful and incompetent.I am very upset and will try to find a different software for this.
They are clearly THIEF !Tool is full of BUGs !Support team never help, and everything is made to spend credit (and re-spend on credit on the same cells many time dut to unstability of the software and to development choice to delete automatically all datas when you modify a column filter)Anyone thinking about this software should look for alternative!Specially since cheap tools like airtable or baserow are much more flexible and dont loose your data as easily as CLAY delete it without your agreementjust to make you spend more !
I tried to create an account and got instantly locked out. Then I attempted to create another account using my company’s email, but that got locked too. Now they’re accusing me of violating their policy, saying I can’t use their trial as a ‘game’. Don’t blame potential customers with locking new accounts instantly.
