The agent was super helpful to resolve my issue with a license key. I used the tool to transfer older Adobe products from an old laptop to a new. IYKYK adobe has moved to a monthly payment platform that I can't afford, so being able to transfer these apps literally saved me thousands of dollars. I purchased the lifetime plan as aI bought the cheapest laptop that was available at the nearest WalMart. I'vee traded up in a weeks time to a better one, cnfident in the knowledge that I'd be able to transfer the apps again
My reviewer, Izzy, was very good.Unfortunately, the problem I had did not have a solution because I use a Mac. I was disappointed because EaseUS should have had the answer included in their bait program they sells for $79. Izzy was great, though.
The problem was that if you were doing an audio podcast and had to shut it down for a day, the program would only start a new podcast, there was no way to start up where you left off. To me, this is a major flaw.

EaseUS Fixo is a solid file-repair tool with useful features, especially the preview and batch repair functions. But it’s not a magic fix for every corrupted file, and many users find the free version too limited unless you buy the full version. Ultimately it can be worth trying if your files are important — just go into it knowing the limitations first.

I have used this software for a few years now, and unlike a lot of companies that make you purchase all new license codes simply to make them more money, EaseUS is not like that at all. I just bought a new laptop and needed to clone my OS from the 2TB drive it came with, to the new 8TB drive I purchased (both m.2). I literally just clicked the headphone icon for Live Chat on my main laptop I already had Partition Master Pro licensed on, had a live person within 45 seconds, told them what I needed and provided my License Code, and within ~10 seconds they had reset one of my codes to use on my new laptop. I tried it out and it worked right away. The entire process took maybe 2-3 mins total, which is phenomenal and plenty enough for me to love this company and recommend it to anyone else needing this software (something I don't hardly ever do). Every feature I have used on it has worked flawlessly the first time, from converting MBR to GBT, cloning OS and data drives, and a few other features. And that isn't even half of the features it has available. I think I am going to try and make the bootable USB drives next. As a professional working in the Cybersecurity arena, this level of competence and superb customer support is almost unheard of nowadays and while I can't speak for anyone else, I will be using them for future endeavors as well. A+ in my book, not just on one computer, but flawlessly on 2 different laptops and a desktop PC.
I love the care and consistency that Richard gave and the respect and quickness of which his service was done is worthy of a 100% but since this only carries a 5 I am honored and privilege to give it...
