Beware. Do not buy from these scumbags. It took me 41 days to get the wrong watch from Hong Kong to Oregon USA.They sent me the wrong watch. They won’t exchange or refund. The watch they sent me was an absolute piece of garbage and now they’re telling me to pound sand.
I bought a Rolex 5 months. It stopped working at the end of the 4th month. Clean Factory refuses to fix it or exchange it. The crown is frozen and will not wind. My automatic winder does not help either.Crummy product. There is no valid warranty.

Even though he's on the other side of the world, Jerry was very thorough from payment to inspection and shipment, communicating every step of the way. You even get photos and videos of your exact watch before they send it to you.As far as the quality of the watch...wow. I tried on the exact model (126610LN) at Rolex before placing my order--felt the real thing, took pictures, etc. When I put on my watch from Clean Factory, it felt the exact same. Almost every detail is on point. At a glance, the watch appears authentic. At close inspection, it still appears and feels authentic. The only person who will ever know is you.I am very interested in owning Swiss-made Rolex, but I'm taking this perfectly executed super clone for a test-drive first. This watch is so good, I honestly don't know that I'll ever justify dropping $10K+ on an authentic watch.
A submariner my second purchase from cleanfactoryus Is excellent. Good company with good communications. Only problem I had was that I couldn’t log in as a returning customer even after they sent me a new password twice I gave up in the end but the purchase went through ok. I would definitely recommend this company
I have been remiss in nor writing sooner. This is my second review, my first was on March 6, 2025 after receiving my first watch. Since that review I purchased three additional time pieces from Jerry, two additional for me and one for my wife. As I said in my first review, I know they are clones, however, everything about them says real. The look, weight, and most important accuracy. Bravo Clean - factory.us and keep up the fantastic work. You should be very proud of you excellent product.
